Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Pyroner. Each prop is built with care and tested for quality before shipping. Because many of our items are handmade and may be custom-built, please review the following policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must not have been burned, fueled, or modified

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-built or modified items are final sale and not eligible for refund unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Fire Props & Safety Equipment

For safety reasons, any item that has been:

  • Fueled

  • Burned

  • Used in performance

  • Altered in any way

is not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue and packaging

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion

We stand behind our craftsmanship and will work with you to make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

Once production has started, cancellation may be subject to a materials/restocking fee.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
