Poilosophy; Intermediate Poi with The Pyroneer: Wraps

The Pyroneer will be hosting a series of intermediate and advanced Poi workshops on Wednesday evenings from 8pm-8:50pm this Winter. The workshops will be held in the upper dance studio at Evolved Movement Arts.

Hand wraps are a fast paced moved where the poi are quickly wrapped around your hands and then quickly unwrapped. The wrap can be repeated back and forth. The workshop will cover several ways to get into and out of the move, and ways to keep the wrap going.
