Poilosophy; Intermediate Poi with The Pyroneer: Pendulums

The Pyroneer will be hosting a series of intermediate and advanced Poi workshops on Wednesday evenings from 8pm-8:50pm this Winter. The workshops will be held in the upper dance studio at Evolved Movement Arts.

In this workshop we will cover an introduction to Pendulums, aka 1.5's; static vs pendulums. We will drill the timing and direction, then apply those timing and directions into a few moves. We will work in the wall and wheel planes, and cover moves like 1.5 weaves, static vs pendulum, and triquetra vs pendulum.

Location: Evolved Movement Arts. Upstairs. 4005 9 St SE, Calgary, AB.

When: Wednesday January 18, 8pm

Cost: $25 per class.
